💰 Treasurer's Documents

🤝 Resources for Volunteers

• Volunteer Opportunities: We are always looking for volunteers! Some opportunities include:

• Sign up for lunch duty here.

• Interested in other opportunities? FILL OUT FORM

• Crowd Management Training: If you are volunteering at an event and have been asked to do crowd management training, the training is available online. You can either ask for reimbursement for the training, or ask the PTA Treasurer or PTA President to purchase registration for you.

• Event Planning and Facilities Use: If you are organizing an event that includes food trucks, caterers, or uses BCPS facilities, a BCPS Facilities use form will need to be filled out. Please contact the PTA president (presidentcmespta@gmail.com) regarding this process.

✨ Other ways to donate to the PTA

• Did you know our Spirit Wear shop is open year round? The PTA gets a percentage of all sales.

• If your company participates in Benevity, your volunteer hours can be turned into a cash donation to the PTA.

• If you register a credit card with Givebacks at no cost to you, your purchases at participating stores and online shops can benefit the PTA.
